In addition to our animal medical fund, the SCRAPS Hope Foundation offers many services and programs to our community including free training classes, behavior evaluations of our animals to make sure they are placed in the right home, and humane education programs for children. These additional programs and services are supported solely by donations.
Buddy is Why We Hold the Walk in the Park!
Buddy is an adorable young dog who was abandoned. His luck got worse when he ran out into the street and was hit by a car. Animals like Buddy don’t have an owner to pay their vet bill. There’s no home for them to go to after surgery to recover.
There is the SCRAPS Hope Foundation Animal Medical Fund.
Dogs and cats like Buddy need your help to get the medical treatment, rehabilitation and care they need to get well and get a new forever home.

The SCRAPS Hope Foundation is a non-profit created in 2009 to support SCRAPS. The SCRAPS Hope Foundation receives no federal funding and relies on private donations, grants and community support.
This year, over 11,000 homeless, abused and abandoned animals will come through our doors. Many of them will need medical treatment, rehabilitation and a safe place to recover from their injuries. The SCRAPS Hope Foundation is the only agency in Spokane County that provides this life-saving program to the most vulnerable animals in our area.
